Lantana is a cheerful, sun-loving woody shrub famous for its tight, button-like clusters of small tubular flowers that bloom for months on end—often from spring right through autumn. One of its party tricks is that the flower colors can shift as they age, so a single cluster may blend pink, red, yellow, orange, and creamy tones at the same time. In containers, it’s easy to keep neat with pruning, and many plants can even be trained into a cute little “tree” standard, while some cultivars naturally stay low and mounded.

Scientific Name Lantana camara
